inFRAME Procedures and Policies

Enrollment and Registration

Registration: Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration can be completed online through our website. Please ensure all information provided is accurate.

Payment: Payment is due upon registration. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through our secure online system.

Attendance and Participation

Class Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for students to get the most out of the program. Please notify the instructor in advance if a student will miss a class. There are no makeup classes offered.

Tardiness: Students are expected to arrive on time. Repeated tardiness may impact the student's ability to participate fully in the course.

Participation: Active participation is encouraged in all classes. Students are expected to engage in discussions, complete assignments, and collaborate with peers.

Classes and Filming

Release Forms: Parents/Guardians must sign a media release form allowing inFRAME to use footage and images of students for promotional and educational purposes.

Dress Code: Students should wear comfortable, appropriate clothing suitable for physical activity and on-camera work.

Code of Conduct

Respect: Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Collaboration: inFRAME values teamwork and collaboration. Students are encouraged to support and work with their peers.

Responsibility: Students should take responsibility for their learning by being prepared, completing assignments on time, and participating fully in all activities.

Media Usage

Photography/Video: inFRAME reserves the right to take photos and videos during classes and events for promotional and educational purposes.

Social Media: Students are encouraged to share their inFRAME experience on social media, but all posts should be respectful and appropriate.

Cancellations and Transfers

Student Withdrawal:
There are no refunds if a student withdraws from a course. Exceptions will be determined by inFRAME on a case by case basis.
